Description

French fluted giltwood mirror circa 1800-1830. Original – or early – mercury-backed mirror plate. Minor losses to silvered reverse of mirror with gorgeous “diamond dust” effect around edges of its surface. Mirror and giltwood frame applied to wooden back.
