Charming primitive Swedish chair in remnants of original red paint, circa 1820. Decorative Scandinavian-style carved back. Sturdy and stable. All joints tightened. Originally used as a work stool but now a perfect accent chair.

  • Condition details: Wear consistent with age and use. Pegged construction with mortise and tenon joinery in backrest. Joints all tightened. Stable and sturdy. Losses to original - or early - painted finish.
