Description

Eight English Sussex armchairs circa 1880-1910. Hand-crafted in ebonized beech with rush seats, this collection represents the work of two late 19th century rival furniture makers: William Morris & Company and Hampton & Sons.

Measurements vary slightly: H 33 to 35.5 in, W 20 to 23 in, D 18 to 19 inch, seat heights are 17.5 to 18.5 inches and arms are 26.5 to 27.5 inches high.
