Dutch bleached oak tilt-top table supported by tripod base. Table dates to the mid-19th to late 19th century. Striking hand-forged iron latch secures top in table position. Handsome grayish semi-bleached oak. Remnants of original reddish cordovan brown color paint remains under top and upper base. Table height is 51 inches in upright storage position. Would serve as a wonderful center table, side table or cocktail table for a variety of interior styles, including wabi-sabi, minimalist, rustic, modern and Belgian.

Condition: ExcellentTable joints are tightened. Nice, sturdy and stable mortise and tenon construction. Original hand-forged iron latch and remnants of original paint. Beautiful patina.
