Description
19th century painted French bibliotheque from France. Original constructed mid-19th century as a built-in bookcase, now a stand-alone piece. Original hand-blown wavy glass panels on four upper doors and four wood paneled lower doors. Two shelves, concealed behind the doors’ mullions, that run along the entire width of the upper astorage space dividing it into three spaces. One shelf below creating two storage conpartments in the lower section. Sturdy, stable with tightened mortise and tenon joints. Working locks are keys.
