Description

18th century painted Dutch cupboard with 3 wide lower drawers. Upper cabinet doors swing open revealing a space divided by four shelves and two small drawers. Exterior surface finish is carefully hand-scraped down to early red and blue paint. Constructed with dovetail, mortise and tenon joints circa 1750-1779.

  • Condition: Excellent
  • Condition details: Wear consistent with age and use. Stable, sturdy. All doors and drawers open and close easily on level floor. Losses to original/early painted finish.
